My story · Enric Ichart, Lleida:
I got here because I started asking questions.
This is my story. A story of searching, learning and new opportunities. Perhaps you will find something in it that inspires you too.
I was born in a farmhouse in Almenar.
My family lived from farming and livestock, and that is where I learned what effort, perseverance and a job well done mean. I trained as a commercial expert (perit mercantil) and started working in the family business.
I learned the trade by day and by night.
I combined the accounting of a construction company with a night job. Then I spent almost four years at a major advisory firm, where I saw from the inside how companies work.
I created my own company.
Later I founded an IT company and took part in creating a tax and accounting firm, until I decided to focus on the IT business. Lepton, S.L. is still active and for more than 35 years I have been involved in advisory work, business management and management solutions for companies and advisory firms.
I understood that business owners need something more.
Over the years I saw that many business owners need more than tools or services: an understanding of their business, financial education, strategic guidance, contacts and opportunities. That brought me closer to networking, training and BNI, where today I help create a business group in Mollerussa and the surrounding area.
FitLine came into that journey.
FitLine allowed me to discover a combination that makes sense to me: products, people and the possibility of developing an activity based on recommendation and on building a network. But I soon understood that the product was not the most important thing. The most important thing was the people.
That's where Lepton begins.
Lepton is my way of bringing together three concepts that I now consider essential: Health, Business and Opportunities. Not as a promise of results, but as spaces from which a person can learn, explore and make their own decisions.

Keep learning and improving every day.
Purpose
Doing things with meaning and helping others.
My why
To build a life of freedom, abundance and purpose, while helping other people discover new possibilities for building theirs. My freedom means little if I can't use part of what I learn to open up opportunities for others.
